This maintenance upgrades the AI Processing Engine to our latest model weights and migrates the underlying GPU infrastructure to a higher-availability zone.

AI inference requests may experience elevated latency or brief unavailability during this window. All other services — including the API Gateway, Authentication, Database, and File Storage — will remain fully operational.

How to determine whether you are affected:

Only workloads that send requests directly to the AI Processing Engine endpoints are impacted. If your integration routes through the API Gateway with automatic fallback enabled, requests will be queued and retried transparently.

Workloads using cached inference results or batch processing jobs submitted before the maintenance window will not be affected.

Scheduled-There will be a scheduled maintenance on Jun 10, 2026 from 01:00–03:00 UTC on the Database Cluster affecting all primary and replica nodes.

May 28, 2026 - 09:00 UTC

This maintenance performs full cluster backup verification, index rebuilds, and a minor version patch across all nodes.

Read performance may be slightly reduced during the index rebuild phase (approx. 30–45 minutes). No write downtime or data loss is expected.

How to determine whether you are affected:

Only applications performing high-volume read queries during the 01:00–03:00 UTC window may observe increased response times. Write operations and all other services will be unaffected.

Applications that rely on cached query results or read replicas with a read-preference of secondary will not notice any degradation.
